Can I place an order for Christmas Day?
We will be closed on Christmas Day and will not be accepting any orders.
Can I place an order for Boxing Day?
Yes. Please email us at [email protected] before 2pm 22/12/2024 for al Boxing Day orders.
Can I place an order for New Years Eve & New Years day?
Yes. We’ll be accepting orders every day except for Christmas Day.
What items can I order?
Set bundles will only be available to order for delivery 24 Dec 2024 - 1 Jan 2024. Please refer to our ‘Holiday Bundles’ category.
Is there a minimum spend for Christmas/New Year orders?
There is a minimum spend of $500 from 24th December 2024 to 1st January 2024.
How much notice is required before placing an order?
A minimum of 3 days notice is required unless we’re at full capacity prior.
What time will my order be delivered?
Please allow your food to be delivered within 90 minutes of your selected time slot due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise and other ordering being delivered at the same time. Standard delivery time slots are as follows: 11am - 12:30pm 12:30pm -2pm 4:30 - 6pm 6pm - 7:30pm **Limited availability for ‘priority delivery’ or ‘extra priority delivery’ time slot from 24th December 2021 to 1st January 2024.**
Can I customise/ swap out items from a bundle?
All items in bundles are set and cannot be customised/ swapped for another item.
Can I get my order delivered before 11am?
We are unable to deliver anytime earlier than our 11am-12:30pm time slot.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes/add to your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will not accept any changes after cut-off dates. For any other questions, please refer to our FAQ page.
